Day 2: Flight to Bagan
Boarding a morning flight to Bagan, the sarced land of Buddhism. Located on the southern part of Irrawaddy river bank, Bagan occupy 16km2 with more than 2500 pagodas and ruins. The architecture and religious art vary from one to another, featuring the uniqueness of Myanmar with amazing beauty. This day, we will venture into the heritages of Shwezigon, Gawdamgyi, Htilomino pagodas, etc. We will have chance to visit local villages including Manuha and Mya Zedi, where we will experience the traditional life of Burmese in Bagan
Day 3: Bagan experience
Nyang U market is traditional activities remains at its origin for years. This is a really a place where you can capture the daily life of local people. We will spend the rest of our day, discovering the way local people make lacquer ware. Enjoy the way to visit the temples in Bagan on Horse Cart Riding.
Day 4: Pakkoku, Monywa
Today, we will cross the mighty Irrawaddy River in Pakkoku to enter the land of Monywa, famed for Mohnyin Thambuddhei Paya. On the way, you are offered to make visits to local villages where your visit will be the highlight of their day.We will study about local life and join their daily work. Upon arrival, we will visit the town and rest.
Day 5: Mandalay
Another day on the car from Monywa to Chindwin river. Our visit today focuses on the Phowin Hill where there is a complexion of Buddha statues and Shrine which dated back to 15th century. Continue our scenic drive to Mandalay city.In the afternoon, we cruise downstream to ascend the peak of Sagaing Hill. Take your time to film the panorama of Mandalay with Irrwaddy River. Day 6: Tour of Mandalay
Tour starts with a cruise to Mingun, home to the biggest ringing bell in the world. On the bank of Irrawaddy River, there stands the uncompleted temples and Hsinbyume Pagoda which reflects the history of Mandalay in unique architecture.In the afternoon, we visit Royal relics, Mahamuni pagoda then we will venture outside Mandalay to see the ruin of temples which depicts vividly the history of Mandalay. We will conclude our day with a trip to Amarapura. This is home to the most famous monk’s monasteries. Sunset photographing on Ubein bridge is the best moment for days in Mandalay. Free to enjoy Mandalay night market.
Day 7: Pyin Oo Lwin, Mandalay
Take a scenic drive to Pyin Oo Lwin, the former British hill station of Maymyo (another way is taking breathtaking train to Pyin Oo Lwin). Visit local market and many reminders of typical brick and timber British houses and gardens. Continue to visit Botanical garden. Our activities are flexible for you to get the best photos in the area. Drive back to Mandalay city in the late afternoon.
Day 8: Flight to Yangon
Transfer to airport for a flight to the rest of the day is to explore the charm of Yangon city starting from Sule pagoda to British Colonial sites with its remained buildings comprising City Hall, Emmanuel Church, Inland Water and famous Strand Hotel. The pleasant walk downtown Yangon will lead you to China Town and Indian habitat where you can observe their daily life with street vendors, markets and temples. In the afternoon, we will do some shopping at Scott market, the biggest market in Myanmar, renowned for its gems, jewelry, handicrafts
Day 9: Yangon departure
Breakfast at your hotel. Relax till meet our driver to take a transfer airport for your next flight.
